We are searching for dynamic individuals with a strong foundation in customer service who are eager to develop their skills in a fast-growing, niche market. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to shift from a call centre role to a more personalised, business-to-business (B2B) environment, where client interaction and relationship management are key.

Key Duties:

  • Serve as the primary contact for all general inquiries, order updates, and delivery timelines.
  • Accurately process orders, ensuring that all client requirements are met efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to minimise delays and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Keep customers informed on the status of their orders, managing expectations and providing updates on potential changes or delays.
  • Contribute to maintaining strong relationships with both clients and internal teams by ensuring smooth order flow and high levels of service.

What We're Looking For:

  • A confident, professional communicator who thrives on delivering exceptional service.
  • Previous experience handling phone-based or client-facing interactions.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in order processing, with an eye for accuracy and detail.
  • Ability to keep clients fully informed throughout the order process, ensuring transparency and proactive communication.
