Overview:We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Client Services Specialist. This role offers a great opportunity for those with a customer service background to transition from a call center role into a more focused B2B environment, where building and maintaining client relationships is key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and delivery timelines.
  • Accurately process client orders, ensuring all requirements are met efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any issues and minimise delays.
  • Keep clients informed on order progress, managing expectations and providing updates on any changes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by ensuring smooth order flow and delivering excellent service.

What We're Looking For:

  • Confident, professional communication skills with a strong focus on client service.
  • Previous experience in a phone-based or customer-facing role.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Experience in order processing with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain proactive, transparent communication with clients throughout the process.
