Job Title: Customer Service Location: RedhillSalary: £24-25k basic + Free ParkingHours: Mon - Fri (9:00am - 5:00pm) - Onsite
Overview:We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Client Services Specialist. This role offers a great opportunity for those with a customer service background to transition from a call center role into a more focused B2B environment, where building and maintaining client relationships is key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, order updates, and delivery timelines.
- Accurately process client orders, ensuring all requirements are met efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any issues and minimise delays.
- Keep clients informed on order progress, managing expectations and providing updates on any changes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by ensuring smooth order flow and delivering excellent service.
What We're Looking For:
- Confident, professional communication skills with a strong focus on client service.
- Previous experience in a phone-based or customer-facing role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Experience in order processing with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain proactive, transparent communication with clients throughout the process.
