This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Accounts Receivable professional to add value within a growing and ever-evolving company. This is not your typical AR/ Credit Manager type position but it is a very challenging and exciting one whereby- as well as overseeing the team, you will need to be proactive in improving ways of working.   • Motivating, guiding and (where needed) recruiting within the wider AR team
  • Overseeing Billing systems and processes, as well as Collections
  • Analysing existing systems and spearheading improvements where necessary
  • Business Partnering with various business heads

The ideal candidate will have...

  • A strong understanding/experience in the all round "AR function", inclusive of Billing and Credit Control
  • Excellent leadership ability with experience of leading a team of circa 10 + individuals in the past
  • Superb communication skills, with the required confidence to present to all levels
  • A mindset of "continuous improvement" and will have examples of improving systems/ processes
