Temporary Administrator
Outskirts of Horley, must have own transport.
£12 to £13 per hour
Office Based 8-5 Monday to Friday
Do you have strong administration experience? Are you looking to join a well-established company where you can provide valuable support to the business?
Our client is looking for an Office Administrator to join their small and friendly team on a Temporary basis, this could become a permanent role for the right candidate.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Organising DBS checks and Air Passes for employees
- Requesting and following up employment, personal and gap references
- Training administration - this includes researching training companies for courses required, completing all relevant paperwork/agreements and booking courses online and/or over the phone.
- Requesting signatory for PO's.
- Providing support to the HR Manager including recruitment administration
This is a fast-paced role and will make use of your excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. If you have experience in supporting with the vetting processes of applicants and/ or coordinating training, this would be an advantage.
Due to the remote location of the office, you must have your own mode of transport.
