As they continue to grow and expand their practice, they are seeking a skilled Family Solicitor with 3-4+ years PQE to join their team in Redhill. This role offers the chance to manage a diverse caseload of private family law matters, including:
- Divorce and Dissolution of Civil Partnerships.
- Financial Remedy proceedings.
- Financial provision for children and separation agreements.
- Cohabitation agreements.
- Child Arrangements under the Private Law Children Act.
