Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct audits, risk assessments, and inspections across projects.
• Update and implement company policies and procedures.
• Provide training and guidance on compliance and safety practices.
• Investigate and report incidents, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and review subcontractor compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in compliance, health & safety, or regulatory roles (M&E experience is a plus).
• NEBOSH Certification required.
• Expertise in HSE regulations, quality assurance, and internal audits.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
• Proactive and solution-focused mindset.
