Quest Search & Selection are partnering with a leading B2B Health-Tech business who partner with some of the largest Healthcare Organisations around the globe to ensure patients, healthcare professionals and pharmaceutical professionals have access to information about medicines. The business is growing from strength to strength, with over 40 million visitors per year to their website.

The role of Senior Account Manager is to develop relationships with key stakeholders in new and existing target pharmaceutical customer accounts and showcase the company's different products and solutions.

The role and responsibilities Senior Account Manager - B2B Healthtech:

  • Cultivate relationships with key account customers to enhance revenues throughout the Solution portfolio.
  • Having an understanding of each target client's business, strategy, operations, and industry trends to attain predetermined account-level objectives.
  • Regularly engage with key stakeholders, both online and in-person, to establish crucial contacts for the implementation of account plans.
  • Generate new subscription or recurring Revenue from existing customers to achieve personal & business revenue targets.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to boost product engagement and revenue.
  • Ensure, through the customer success team, complete client satisfaction post-sale and the successful integration of the product/service.
  • Maintain an accurate record of account plans, opportunities, and activities within Hubspot (CRM system).
  • Proactively propose 'New Product Development & Product extension' ideas to the broader business, understanding any gaps in the market.
  • Expand and be involved in New Business and getting new revenue clients on board.

To be successful in this Senior Account Manager - B2B Healthtech:

  • Ideally having 5-6 years + sales experience in pharma or life science.
  • Ideally that you are working at a Senior Account Manager, Client Engagement Manager or Established Account Manager level or above
  • That you have experience looking after key accounts (ideally within the large Pharma companies).
  • That you have an establish network on contacts and industry reputation
  • Proven ability to develop client-focused solutions in B2B SaaS, Data, or subscription services.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office & excel.
  • Working in regulated markets is desirable but not essential
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Hubspot or similar
  • Experience working cross-functionally with support functions (Product, IT, Marketing).
