Our client is now seeking a motivated and technically adept graduate to join them as an Assistant Product Manager. This role is ideal for someone with a technical degree who also possesses commercial insight and a customer-oriented mindset. You will work closely with our Technical Product Manager and Commercial Product Manager to help shape and deliver innovative offerings. This position offers a unique opportunity to become a subject matter expert in our products and services, playing a key role in driving their global success.

Role Overview:* Ideal for a graduate with a technical degree and some commercial acumen.* Translate the company's technology into customer-focused products.* Collaborate closely with the Technical Product Manager and Commercial Product Manager.* Act as a subject matter expert for all company products and services.

Key Responsibilities:* Translate technical content into customer/benefits-led output, including white papers, brochures, user guides, and more.* Work with Marketing Communications to ensure up-to-date sales collateral, user guides, FAQs, and fact sheets.* Assist in product marketing launches, creating marketing literature, sales presentations, and internal documents.* Support the drive for new products/services across departments, aligning with market needs.* Collaborate on product evaluations and provide technical expertise during product launches.* Support sales teams during customer meetings, demos, and events.* Assist with requirements capture for software development projects.* Manage in-house projects and conduct internal training for sales, support, and back-office functions.* Conduct product competitor analysis for internal and external use.* Work with the Technical Product Manager to develop customer-facing systems, including specifications, testing, and deployment.

Required Experience/Skills:* Technical degree with some commercial/customer acumen (Desirable) * Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both internal teams and customers.* Strong organizational skills and a methodical approach to work.* Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.* Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.* Desirable:* Familiarity with satellite communications or technology industries.* Basic understanding of product management and marketing processes.
