Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant within experience in purchase ledger? Are you looking a reputable organisation, working within a friendly and supportive team? Keep reading!

Our client, based on the outskirts of Redhill, are seeking Finance Assistant to join their friendly and growing business. You will join on a temp basis, covering a secondment, which most likely will lead to a permanent job after a few months.

You will be joining a small team, where you will be tasked with covering others when needed, however your main duties will involve all Purchase Ledger duties.

  • Invoice processing
  • Payment allocations
  • Supplier query resolution
  • Preparing payment runs
  • Other administrative accounts duties

We are looking for someone with:

  • Good IT skills
  • Previous Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A fast learner with excellent organisational skills
