What you can expect:

As Senior Commercial Manager, you'll be at the heart of the business, owning the relationship with a key UK retailer. This hands-on role is your chance to:

  • Lead Commercial Strategy: Define and drive a commercial strategy that aligns cross-functional teams on achieving ambitious growth and profitability targets.
  • Manage Relationships: Be the main point of contact with the retailer, ensuring seamless communication across commercial, supply chain, and NPD functions.
  • Oversee Category Performance: Utilize Category Management principles to identify trends, enhance category value, and create win-win solutions.
  • Analyze & Act: Regularly review P&L, identify key performance drivers, and develop data-driven action plans to address challenges and seize opportunities.
  • Collaborate on New Product Development (NPD): Work closely with NPD teams to launch innovative, consumer-focused products that align with retailer goals.
  • Manage & Develop a Team: Lead and mentor a Commercial Executive within the account.
