- You will be using our client broking systems called Acturis, Websure, SSP and TAM
- You will be responsible for processing loan applications via our third-party web portal
- Answering queries and providing signposting to internal broking teams.
- Liaising with and providing support to key stakeholders around ongoing loan applications.
- You will be responsible for investigating problematic agreements and processing communications to and from the loan provider.
- Responsible for logging any Breaches and upkeeping audit logs.
- You will be dealing with any email or telephone queries from the Finance Team and wider business.
- Proven Excel skills and knowledge
- Naturally keen to learn and progress, confident and passionate about accounts
- Understanding and comfort with dealing with financial terms and research
- You will have a positive ‘can do attitude’ and will be a natural problem solver, along with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Self-motivated with a high attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines, under pressure
- You will be able to work as part of a team collaboratively as well as on your own initiative
