We are seeking a proactive, experienced Administrator to join our client's team in Richmond, North Yorkshire.

To be successful in this role you will be organised, detail-oriented, and eager to support a busy office. You will be working as part of a small, yet

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing new job cards promptly, ensuring all required documentation is completed
  • Answering queries from clients, agents, and internal/external organisations, working towards efficient solutions
  • Using Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel) for emails, calendars, and documentation
  • Monitoring office supplies and equipment, reporting stock levels or issues to the Team Leader/Business Support Manager
  • Reporting any office maintenance issues and ensuring the office remains functional
  • Committing to personal training and development, including college courses if required, and attending refresher courses as necessary
  • Assisting in collecting vital data for reporting to the Business Support Manager
  • Always ensuring adherence to Health and Safety policies
  • Preparing draft letters and documents for surveyors and Regional Operations Managers
  • Keeping records organised and up to date
  • Providing general administrative support to the Support Team and Business Support Manager
  • Assisting with the induction and training of new starters

About You

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
