Your new companyA fantastic opportunity is available working for this retail/manufacturing business specialising in interesting and quirky products is looking for an Operations Specialist for a 6 month contact. This position has arisen due to an increase in demand. This position will be a 6 month contact with the possibility of being extended/made permanent based on business needs and personal performance. This role is based in fashionable central Richmond so candidates must be within a reasonable local to commute this position 3 days per week. Your new roleYour new role will be to maintain customer records on specifications for allocated customers, monitoring all sales orders received and processed.Tracking stock allocation on inhouse tracker, informing customers of delays and dealing with 3PL distribution centre, you will resolve logistical issues, manage pro-forma invoices and liaise with finance accordingly. You will use Oracle so experience using an ERP system is ideal. What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful you must be immediately available to start work, have recent experience with operations, logistics, customer service, sales admin or junior supply chain. You will have experience dealing with order processing and using ERP systems. To be considered you must be based locally to Richmond.
