- Take ownership of the month-end and billings processes.
- Oversee statutory reporting and manage banking relationships.
- Provide FP&A support, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Manage and develop two direct reports.
- Support audits and interact with key stakeholders across the business.
- Ensure accurate and efficient month-end close and financial reporting.
- Manage cash flow, invoice financing, and relationships with banks and auditors.
- Assist with VAT, corporate tax filings, and compliance.
- Work closely with sales teams to improve financial visibility and reporting.
- Drive process improvements and support ongoing system upgrades (NetSuite).
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 2-4 years PQE.
- Experience in recruitment or staffing is highly desirable.
- Strong technical finance skills, with knowledge of RSM and NetSuite being an advantage.
- Previous management experience, including mentoring and coaching.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and a strong communicator.
- Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + bonus + LTIP plan
