This role is perfect for a proactive finance professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, taking ownership of financial processes while driving improvements in reporting, forecasting, and controls.  Who Should Apply?We’re looking for a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 2-4 years post-qualification experience, ideally from the recruitment or staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have strong financial management experience, a hands-on approach, and the ability to mentor and develop a small team.  The RoleAs Finance Manager, you will:
  • Take ownership of the month-end and billings processes.
  • Oversee statutory reporting and manage banking relationships.
  • Provide FP&A support, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Manage and develop two direct reports.
  • Support audits and interact with key stakeholders across the business.
  Main Duties
  • Ensure accurate and efficient month-end close and financial reporting.
  • Manage cash flow, invoice financing, and relationships with banks and auditors.
  • Assist with VAT, corporate tax filings, and compliance.
  • Work closely with sales teams to improve financial visibility and reporting.
  • Drive process improvements and support ongoing system upgrades (NetSuite).
  The Successful Candidate
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 2-4 years PQE.
  • Experience in recruitment or staffing is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical finance skills, with knowledge of RSM and NetSuite being an advantage.
  • Previous management experience, including mentoring and coaching.
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and a strong communicator.
