Senior Programme Manager - Intragroup & Third Party Risk Management 6-Month Contract | Hybrid in London | £700/day Inside IR35 | Flexible Start Date

IT Talent is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our global payments client for a Senior Programme Manager. This role will involve overseeing critical intragroup and third-party outsourcing programmes, ensuring that internal policies and regulatory requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

? Programme Oversight: Lead and co-ordinate multi-workstream initiatives, covering both intragroup and third-party outsourcing.

? Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks or compliance issues.

? Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leaders, ensuring clear communication and accountability across all project phases.

? Project Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans (timelines, resources, deliverables) and track progress against key milestones.

? Continuous Improvement: Drive enhancements to governance, internal controls, and reporting processes.

Essential Skills & Experience

?Programme Management: ? Demonstrable experience managing large-scale initiatives across multiple business functions. ? Ability to adapt methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to the demands of the project.

? Third Party / Intragroup Risk:

? Proven track record in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) or related risk oversight roles.

? Familiarity with industry standards or frameworks governing outsourcing arrangements.

? Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge:

? Experience working within Financial Services, FinTech, or similarly regulated environments.

? Understanding of how to implement regulatory guidance effectively into large programmes.

? Leadership & Communication:

? Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, such as C-suite or board-level executives.

? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality documentation for internal and external reviews.

? Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

? Capable of anticipating challenges and providing pragmatic solutions.

?Adept at handling high-pressure situations while maintaining focus on project goals and timelines.

? Technical & Organisational Ability:

? Excellent command of project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint).

? Strong ability to prioritise tasks, juggle multiple workstreams, and ensure timely delivery.
