Our client is a family run business based in Richmond, North Yorkshire who have built up an excellent reputation for delivering quality services to its clients.

Reporting into the Director and Office Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquiries
  • Booking site visits and diarising accordingly
  • Writing and sending customer quotations/reports/letters
  • Providing updates to customers

The role requires basic knowledge of Microsoft packages. On the job training will be provided for other internal systems which the business uses.

The successful candidate will need to have good communication skills, a pleasant/confident telephone manner as well as the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy office environment.

Further professional development is available through studying an industry relevant NVQ qualification.

9am - 5pm Monday to Thursday with half an hour lunch9am - 4.30pm Friday with a half hour lunch
