If you are an experienced Property Manager then this role with a very successful property management organisation will be perfect for you.

Some of your duties will include:

- Managing a portfolio of over 300 residential rental properties

- Carrying out viewings, conducting pre-tenancy checks and relevant Health and Safety checks

- Agreeing tenants renewals and drawing up contracts as appropriate

- Advertising properties available, conducting viewings and agreeing rental terms

- Dealing with tenant check-outs and agreeing the return of deposits

- Co-ordinating Contractors to address maintenance issues and arrange property improvements
