- Supporting the team and senior management with hands-on, high quality administrative support
- Communicating with both customers and technicians or internal teams about services and scheduled work
- Providing updates to customers on ETAs and the completion of jobs
- Assisting the team with providing information to answer any customer queries or information requests
- Providing support in liaising directly with customers, including handling incoming calls, emails and portal requests and providing information for billing and invoicing
- Seeking opportunities for improvement where possible
- Have good experience within administration, as well as customer service
- Possess excellent communication skills, particularly in written forms, as well as via the telephone
- Strong working knowledge of IT services, including Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks
