Description
- Lead and manage the Accounts and Audit team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
- Oversee the preparation of accounts and conduct audits for a range of clients
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Review and approve work completed by team members
- Assist in the development of the company's audit methodology and procedures
Profile
A successful Accounts and Audit Team Leader should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional qualification in Accounting (e.g., ACCA, ACA)
- Experience in an accounting role, with a strong focus on audits
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
