Planning/Warehouse AdministratorLocation: RochdaleHours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pmPay Rate: £11.44 per hourContract Type: TemporaryAbout the RoleAre you an experienced and professional administrator with a good eye for detail? We have a great opportunity to join our busy team in Rochdale!Duties include:
  • Goods Receipt – carry out goods receiving process and generate barcode labels, ensuring correct duty and carriage charges are applied, filling audit reports from shipments, photocopying paperwork and inputting audit data, processing customer claims and transferring stock to relevant locations.
  • Stock Take – Running stock take sheets and assisting with stock counts, generating audit reports and resolve issues that arise.
  • Purchase Orders – Raising purchase orders as instructed and sending to the relevant supplier, expediting orders and updating the tracker.
  • Sampling – Setting up and maintaining minimum stock levels, periodic review of the sampling drawers, stock checks of samples to keep the system up to date, follow up outstanding sampling/orders and identify areas of improvement to provide the best customer service in this department.
