About the Role

As aTeam Leader, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality and personalised service to vulnerable and homeless women and young parents. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with clients, staff, and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the service, ensuring smooth and effective support is provided to all clients.

  • Provide guidance, supervision, and support to staff members to ensure they are delivering excellent care and meeting service objectives.

  • Liaise with contract managers, partner agencies, and other bodies to build strong professional relationships and enhance client support services.

  • Ensure that the service meets all required standards, policies, and guidelines to maintain a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements

  • Access to a car for work purposes
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends when required and be part of an on-call rota to support the service on call
