Exciting HR Manager Opportunity with Our Client in East Kent

We are looking for a forward thinking, experienced HR Manager to join the Senior Leadership Team within a leading 24/7 manufacturing business easily commutable from Canterbury, Faversham, Sittingbourne, Ashford, Chatham or Maidstone.

Paying c£50k plus yearly bonus, medical plan, DIS, free parking and long service awards

On site role with parking 20 days (additional 5 paid in increments) plus bank holidays.

Monday to Friday - flexibility on hours

As HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all Human Resources activities across the company, prior experience in a standalone HR role, you will manage and develop HR systems, processes, and controls, ensuring guidance and support to the Managers in the business.

You will bring your in-depth knowledge of current UK employment law and provide strategic guidance to the business whilst working with the Leadership team to ing a positive workplace culture will be key as you work alongside the Senior Leadership Team and support in the contribution of the company's business objectives.

Person Specification:Essential:

  • CIPD Level 7 or equivalent in experience
  • Solid experience and knowledge of current UK employment law, ideally within a manufacturing environment
  • Significant Employee Relations experience, confident in managing a variety of ER issues .
  • Commercially astute, with an understanding of managing a medium-sized workforce.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and common HR/IT systems.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to support and guide both managers and employees effectively.
