This busy regional main contractor has an immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to join the business and be responsible for up to 3 projects in the Kent region.
This company are entering into a busy period with multiple new contracts starting on site which vary from education, health and commercial. You can expect to run projects from 1m-20m in value of which all will be in the Kent, Surrey and Sussex regions.
For this Quantity Surveyor position, you will have at least 5yrs experience and be capable of procurement, subcontractor accounts and general Quantity Surveyor duties.
You should be capable of commercially managing projects to 10m in value or have completed multiple projects at lower values and complexity of up to 3m with minimal supervision and looking to step up to working on larger projects and potentially multiple contracts.
