We’re looking for a Customer Seervice Consultant to join our team of customer service superstars!
About the Role:
As part of our Customer Service team, you’ll be the friendly voice, the problem solver, and sometimes even the unsung hero for our clients.
Whether it’s handling calls, emails, or live chats, you’ll ensure every interaction leaves our customers feeling like they’ve hit the jackpot.
What You’ll Do:
Handle inbound calls about travel insurance like a pro.
Manage customer inquiries, turning frowns upside down.
Step into sales calls during busy periods because you’re a team player.
Suggest ways we can do things better—be bold, be brilliant.
Participate in team meetings and bring your A-game to every discussion.
Always act with integrity, professionalism, and a dash of charm.
What We’re Looking For: C
all Centre experience (or you’re a fast learner who’s not afraid of a ringing phone).
Skills in handling complaints—because not all heroes wear capes. Live Chat savvy? That’s a bonus!
Excellent communication skills—you could sell sand in the Sahara.
Attention to detail so sharp it’s practically a laser.
Familiarity with Excel, Word, and the Internet (yes, that includes cat memes).

8.30-5pm
10-6pm
12-8pm once a month
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM - once a month
Sunday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM - once a month
Bank Holidays: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (don’t worry, time off in lieu is a thing).
