BDM Recruitment is searching for a talented Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to join our esteemed client, a leading independent estate agency and mortgage advisory firm, based in the dynamic Havering area.

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional mortgage and protection advice, guiding clients throughout the homeownership journey.
• Manage mortgages up to £700k, with an average loan size of £320k.
• Benefit from a consistent flow of new leads - expect 8-10 mortgage appointments per week - generated by our 3 successful estate agency branches.
• Aim to submit a high volume of applications - with a realistic target of 15-17 mortgages per month.
• Utilise the loyal extensive client database to build strong relationships and generate new opportunities.
• Offer remortgage services to existing homeowners looking to optimise their finances.
• Foster a collaborative spirit by working seamlessly with the team to deliver exceptional client experiences.

What You Bring:

• A mandatory CeMAP qualification.
• Deep understanding of mortgages and associated protection policies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to build trust with clients.
• The ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments.
• A proactive, self-motivated personality with a proven track record of success.
