Our client, a market leader in residential conveyancing has an excellent opportunity for a permanent Legal Secretary to join their established team.

Reporting to the partners you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing correspondence and documents through audio-typing and word processing.
  • Administer filing on a daily basis
  • Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch
  • Arranging for all copying to be done
  • Making appointments and arranging meetings as necessary
  • Preparing the conference room for meetings
  • Providing refreshments
  • Supporting other secretaries
  • Providing support to junior and temporary secretaries
  • Attending to clients
  • Ensuring the confidentiality of all the firm's and clients documentation and information.

To be considered for this role you will need:

  • Good IT skills
  • Appropriate literacy skills
  • Suitable standard of keyboard and IT skills
  • Ability to work in a team

Hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
