Logistics Administrator

Location: Harold Wood

Hours: 8am to 4.30PM - 1 hour lunch (+ Over time)

Our client is looking for a confident, dynamic & personable, Logistics Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. The role will be varied, mainly focusing on imports of products into the manufacturing facility.

Candidates are required to complete on a daily bases:

  • Processing imports of products liaising with suppliers
  • Inputting and updating order information into system
  • Inputting and updating client details and orders onto excel/CRM system (DataEase)
  • Assisting with import logistics & deliveries of orders
  • Assisting with deliveries to Customers
  • Processing and managing documentation regarding orders
  • Analysing and updating price changes
  • Responding to queries from customers via email & telephone
  • Managing payments, cashflow and assisting with accounts

The ideal candidate will ideally have previous experience dealing with import & export documentation, however training can and will be provided.
