MAIN DUTIES
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed
- Support HR functions, including recruitment coordination and maintaining employee records
- Ensure the office environment remains organized, clean, and efficient
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support the team
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles is a plus
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
