The Role: As a Project Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our fit-out projects. You will be responsible for managing costs, contracts, and budgets, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects across London while being based in our office, where you will collaborate closely with our experienced and friendly team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and valuations.
- Conduct site surveys and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including cost forecasts and final accounts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Project Surveyor, ideally within the fit-out or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of cost management, contracts, and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
