We are looking for a reliable and organised School Administration Assistant to join our school's administrative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual to support the smooth running of day-to-day school operations, with either full-time or part-time working options available. The role is to start ASAP.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the school office.
  • Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist with data entry, maintaining accurate school records, and filing documents.
  • Manage emails, correspondence, and communications between staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
  • Support with the preparation of reports, letters, and school documents.
  • Assist in managing student attendance, handling admissions, and supporting daily operational tasks.
  • Provide support during school events and meetings as required.
  • Carry out other administrative duties to assist the senior leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role (school experience is desirable but not essential).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
  • A friendly, professional attitude and a willingness to work collaboratively with staff and students.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
