A dynamic and expanding team is seeking a dedicated Technical Project Manager. This role involves overseeing technical delivery, managing platform builds, integrations, and data dashboarding work. While prior experience with event or marketing technology is not required, candidates with a working knowledge of Cvent, Bizzabo, Vevox, or similar technologies, or those with a background in the events industry, will have an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Technical Delivery: Ensure the smooth execution and delivery of all technical aspects.
- Manage Platform Builds, Integrations, and Data Dashboards: Handle the construction and integration of platforms and data dashboards.
- Collaborate with Vendor Partners and 3rd Parties: Work closely with external vendors and partners to ensure successful integrations.
- Lead Event Technology Projects: Plan, execute, and deliver event technology projects successfully.
- Coordinate and Communicate with Stakeholders: Maintain alignment and satisfaction through effective coordination and communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Oversee Event App Deployment: Ensure the functionality and client requirements are met by overseeing the build, testing, and deployment of event apps.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven Experience in Technical Project Management: Particularly within the event technology sector.
- Strong Understanding of Platform Builds, Integrations, and Data Dashboarding: Essential for managing complex technical projects.
- Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills: Crucial for coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring project alignment.
- Ability to Work Collaboratively with Vendor Partners and 3rd Parties: Important for successful integrations and partnerships.
- Working Knowledge of Event Technologies: Such as Cvent, Bizzabo, or Vevox, which is highly advantageous.
- Background in the Events Industry: Provides valuable context and insight for managing event technology projects.
