What You’ll Be Doing:
- Invoice Processing: Handle supplier invoices from entry to payment with precision.
- Supplier Queries: Address and resolve supplier queries efficiently and professionally.
- Account Reconciliation: Conduct reconciliations, journal entries, and assist with month-end account preparation.
- Daily Interactions: Collaborate with farm managers and staff across the UK.
- Administration: Ensure accurate and timely administration to maintain robust accounts.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven accounts payable experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong PC skills, including proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to multitask and maintain high accuracy.
