Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional with a knack for managing purchase ledgers and a passion for accuracy? Reed Accountancy is excited to offer you the chance to join our client’s expanding team. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Invoice Processing: Handle supplier invoices from entry to payment with precision.
  • Supplier Queries: Address and resolve supplier queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Account Reconciliation: Conduct reconciliations, journal entries, and assist with month-end account preparation.
  • Daily Interactions: Collaborate with farm managers and staff across the UK.
  • Administration: Ensure accurate and timely administration to maintain robust accounts.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Proven accounts payable experience.
  • Technical Skills: Strong PC skills, including proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to multitask and maintain high accuracy.
