Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and cooking fresh, seasonal dishes to a high standard
- Supporting the senior chefs with kitchen organisation and a smooth service
- Bringing creativity to menus using fresh, seasonal produce
- Taking the lead on certain sections, ensuring excellent quality
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a professional kitchen
- Keen to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for fresh, seasonal cooking and modern pub food
