The Role

As Hotel Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small but dedicated team to drive performance and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee the operations of the bars, cellars, function rooms, and bedroom accommodations
  • Manage staff rotas, ensuring efficient team scheduling and coverage
  • Work with kitchen staff to ensure the quality of food and service meets high standards
  • Monitor stock levels across the hotel to maintain smooth operations
