Featuring 42 bedrooms, a large function room, and expansive restaurant/bar areas, the hotel is a thriving hub in the community. With continuous growth, we are looking to expand our team to help elevate the business even further.
The Role
As Hotel Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a small but dedicated team to drive performance and customer satisfaction
- Oversee the operations of the bars, cellars, function rooms, and bedroom accommodations
- Manage staff rotas, ensuring efficient team scheduling and coverage
- Work with kitchen staff to ensure the quality of food and service meets high standards
- Monitor stock levels across the hotel to maintain smooth operations

We are looking for a proactive and confident leader with experience in the hotel industry. You should be able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of service and ensuring the team remains motivated and focused. About you:
- Proven experience in a similar hotel management role
- Strong understanding of food hygiene, health & safety procedures, and customer service excellence
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills, both written and verbal
