CPS Group is partnering with a highly successful tech scale-up that is expanding rapidly. They are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join their dynamic and growing team!

This role will be focused on boosting recurring revenue in the Recruitment/Jobs Board sector. As a key player in the commercial team, you'll work closely with the marketing team and report to the Head of Sales, guiding prospects from lead generation to closing deals.

What You'll Do:

Sales & New Business: This is not your standard sales role. You'll be responsible for generating new business across various verticals, with a focus on travel, hotels, and job recruitment.
Lead Generation: Work closely with the marketing team, who generate 60% of your leads. The remaining 30% will come from your own efforts.
Consultative Selling: Engage with clients in a consultative manner, offering tailored solutions and demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs.
No Account Management: This role is strictly focused on new business. You'll spend your time building relationships and closing deals.

Ideal Candidate:

Quick Learner: Someone who's sharp, quick on their feet, and capable of thriving in a high-pressure environment.
Experience: While technical knowledge and product expertise are nice to have, what's more important is your ability to sell and close deals. A background in travel, recruitment or e-learning would be beneficial.
Relationship Building: Strong relationship-building skills are essential. You'll be interacting with clients and attending virtual events, with the potential for up to 3 events per year.
Learning & Adaptability: You'll need to be a quick learner, retaining information well and confidently stepping out of your comfort zone to master new challenges.
