Job Overview:

We are seeking a Trainee Sales/Commercial Executive with a degree in forensic science to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to bridge technical expertise with business acumen, selling state-of-the-art forensic equipment and maintenance services to customers such as police, fire, and ambulance services, as well as universities and research institutions.

In this position, you will receive comprehensive training on both the technical aspects of our products and the sales process. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and driving sales growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with blue light services (police, fire, ambulance) and educational institutions.
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities and potential clients.
  • Present and demonstrate forensic equipment, explaining product features and benefits tailored to the customer’s needs.
  • Sell equipment as well as maintenance services to ensure optimal performance for customers.

Product Knowledge & Expertise:

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our range of forensic products, including their technical specifications and applications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in forensic science and technology.
  • Communicate complex technical information to customers in an easy-to-understand manner.

Account Management:

  • Manage and grow existing client relationships.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client needs are met promptly and effectively.
  • Work closely with our technical team to ensure timely and effective after-sales support and maintenance services.

Sales Strategy & Growth:

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training, and trade shows to represent the company.

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Background:

  • A degree in Forensic Science or a closely related field is essential.

Sales Aptitude:
