HSE Coordinator required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer based in England.

Responsibilities

  • HSE Management System Development: Developing and implementing HSE requirements aligned with current standards and regulations.
  • Training and Awareness: Organizing training sessions to familiarize staff with HSE rules and practices.
  • Risk Management & Assessment: Identifying, evaluating, and managing safety, health, and environmental risks.
  • Regular Inspections: Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Incident Management: Handling HSE incidents, investigations, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports on incidents, audits, and corrective measures.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinating between project teams and HSE services to ensure compliance and safety.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proposing initiatives to enhance HSE performance and reduce risks.

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of UK HSE regulations.
  • Project management skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and awareness skills.
  • Team player and ability to coordinate HSE activities.
  • Excellent experience on HSE software/tools.
  • Experience in the Energy industry.
  • Knowledge and experience of CDM 2015 an advantage.
  • NEBOSH/Degree.
  • IOSH accreditation.
  • Valid UK working rights.
