We are currently recruiting for Distance learning Functional Skills Tutors and Assessors for Flexible, remote working.
Your Responsibilities
As a Functional Skills Tutor, you will:
- Develop and deliver engaging education programs that meet learner needs
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
- Support learners to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A teaching qualification or subject specialist qualification
- A track record of effective teaching in your subject specialism
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to ongoing professional development
Requirements
- Be proficient in Maths and English
- Assessor Award (e.g., CAVA, TAQA)
- Experience in deliveringFunctionalSkillsand Learning Support.
