Sellick Partnership is currently assisting a Retail organisation based in Yorkshire with a Legal Counsel position permanently.
As the Legal Counsel, you will be;
- Undertaking a range of commercial contracts with a focus on B2C contracts, IT Contracts (SAAS), NDAs, standard terms, and manufacturing agreements
- Assisting the procurement team with queries and contract terms and termination
- Assisting with drafting and implementing policies and procedures and ensuring contracts are kept up to date, streamlining processes where required
- Keeping up to date with regulatory requirements for the business
- Assisting with consumer claims as and when required
- Data Protection matters
As the Legal Counsel, you will have;
- Experience working within the Retail sector or for retail clients in private practice however experience working with IT Contracts and consumer law would also be advantageous in an in-house setting
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across the Group and have an ambition for growth within the group
- Candidates who have an interest in AI or experience working with AI would also be advantageous
