Job Title: Compliance Officer

We are seeking a Compliance Officer to join a major financial institution in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial regulations and compliance, with the ability to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal standards.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance matters and regulatory changes.
- Monitor and report on compliance issues, including suspicious activities and breaches.
- Collaborate with regulatory authorities and external auditors as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in a compliance role within the banking or financial services industry.
- Indepth knowledge of financial regulations, anti-money laundering (AML), and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in law, finance, or a related field.
