Property Developer - Residential and Regeneration
A leading property developer with a highly respectable reputation for delivering first class placemaking and regeneration schemes in the Residential sector is looking to appoint a Development Manager to support current and future development projects across Greater London boroughs.
As a Development Manager, you would be responsible for managing schemes with strong attention to detail at stages 1-3 driving innovation and design led solutions in early stage design and planning to maximise the potential and commercials of the schemes GDV.
Your background as a property professional would be within Town Planning and/or Development, with a strong knowledge and experience of up to 5 years within the residential development sector, ideally with a track record of London development market.
Experience from either a planning consultancy or already working in a developer and looking for a new challenge to work on exciting, challenging and complex schemes.
