Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong, sustainable relationships with existing clients
  • Understand client needs and objectives, and proactively propose solutions to meet them
  • Serve as the main point of contact fro clients, addressing inquiries and concerns quickly and effectively
  • Develop account strategies, drive growth, and provision of continuous service improvement as part of BAU delivery
  • Recruit new partners and conduct promotional activity
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients
  • Leverage market knowledge to anticipate client needs and position TDS as a trusted advisor
  • Track and analyze key account metrics, providing regular reports on account performance and progress towards target

What I need to apply

  • 3+ years of Account Manager experience in IT Consultancy
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task across a wide range of accounts
  • Effective communicator, resourceful, action-oriented and collaborative
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial young company
  • Commercial understanding and awareness including knowledge of fee structures and commercial terms
  • Demonstrated ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences, ability to handle objections
  • Comfortable and experienced working with all levels of professionals both internally and externally
  • Large client delivery experience (as a consultant) e.g FTSE 100, Central Government a plus
  • Good knowledge of software engineering would be advantageous
