Our client are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team in their busy operation at their Halesowen site. This is a full time role based onsite 5 days per week. Their site consists of several warehouse spaces, with spacious offices and free onsite parking.Â
The main purpose of this role, is to drive profit and to promote and raise awareness of products and services.
Accountabilities:
- Assist with the development and implementation of new e-commerce platform, including ongoing monitoring, training, product listings, scanning / barcode facility, SKU’s, locations etc
- Develop and implement marketing and selling strategies for product clearance
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, setting targets and goals to improve sales
- Develop and implement new marketing and selling platforms, ie. Amazon LaunchPad, Wayfair, Etsy, OnBuy, B&Q etc
- Develop product knowledge
- Listing design, listing new products / revision on different channels (Web and Ebay)
- Manage and promote the Company’s social media channels Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, blogs in a professional manner and to enhance audience engagement
- Managing in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc)
- Preparation and presentation of appropriate reports (weekly & monthly)
- SEO, google AdWords, google analytics
- Support Customer Service team with e-desk messages and associated tasks
- To take photographs, HD video, brand creation, and package design
- Upholding Company's goodwill by monitoring on Facebook groups, forums, Google reviews, Trustpilot. Contact and liaise with forums, magazines
- Website security, editing, listing changes, updates, report / feedback on any issues, minimise downtime. Work with external expert
- Willing to learn products and chat with customers to build up good relationships
- Work in conjunction with Customer Service colleagues regarding email marketing, weekly newsletter, coupon codes, mailchimp, product introduction and promotion
- Work in conjunction with Web Developer to update and or implement new website design

- Professional Adobe Photoshop / photographic skills
- Professional video editing skills
- Previous experience within a marketing and design role
- E-commerce knowledge
- Excellent organisation, planning and attention to detail
- Strong business sense and analytical capacity
- Innovative and creative
- Sense of urgency and pro-activeness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive, can do attitude coupled with great teamworking abilities
- PPC and SEO experience 1-3 years
- An enthusiastic person with a willingness to learn
