Job Description:

Role involves but is not limited to:

  • Supporting Office Manager with Network Catering Accounts throughout the office.
  • Supporting desks with coverage as required this will involve (Actioning For Reviews, To Quotes and Invoicing Review) as requested by TL.
  • Driving down Batching.
  • Escalate Complaints to Office Manager.
  • Support Portal Administration when requested.
  • Updates to be sent to Office Manager daily so she can support when applicable.
  • Van checks and spreadsheet to be completed daily and communicated to Claire Hinton and OM.
  • Fines to be sent to checked, sent to the relevant person and follow up on response, communicate with OM anything that needs paying or is being disputed.
