Empowering learning are recruiting for an Attendance officer to work full time, Monday to Friday is a good rated 2 form entry primary school in the Sandwell area. The role would consist of the candidate working 8:30-3:45 every day.

Experience working in the role would be desired to go in and hit the ground running.

Responsibilities of this Attendance Officer

  • To record and keep an up-to-date record of all attendance within school.
  • To liaise with parents regarding information about their children
  • Resilient and adaptable with their approach to ensure that children are supported appropriately and professionally.
  • To be able to complete tasks and be competent working with SIMS.

To apply for this Attendance officer role, you will need:

  • a DBS dated within the last 12 months or on the update service.
  • Experience of working in primary schools, doing administration tasks
  • To be competent working with SIMS
  • Experience working with small groups of children.
