My client is a highly reputable and well-established practice to join their dynamic and close-knit team, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients in Hertfordshire. With a supportive and collaborative work environment, they prioritise teamwork and professional growth.
They are seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join the team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in residential conveyancing transactions including freehold and leasehold on sales and purchases, new builds, and re-mortgages.
You will work collaboratively within a team environment, benefiting from legal support while also being able to independently manage your workload and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Experience in running your caseload autonomously
- The ability to offer some supervision to more junior solicitors
- Experience in property transactions including sales and purchases in both freehold and leasehold capacity, re-mortgages, and newly built property.
