Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Telesales Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and selling insurance products that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and sell insurance products.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in telesales or insurance sales is highly preferred.

  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
