Working within our Client Services Team, we are looking for an additional Key Account Managerto join an award winning, rapidly expanding organisation. If you have a background in Key Account Management, Client Services or Customer Service, we want to hear from you!

DCB Legal is a specialist in-house legal practice focussing on debt-recovery, civil and commercial litigation and High Court enforcement. Due to the acquisition of major new Clients, DCB Legal is experiencing a period of rapid growth.

Encompassing both DCBL and DCB Legal, this represents an exciting new opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, and target driven. You will be responsible for developing and growing our network of Clients across the Business.

What will you be doing?

Working with our portfolio of key clients to provide a first-class service which exceeds their expectations.

Developing and implementing Client management strategies.

Developing Client reports, using data to improve our service to Clients.

Resolving any Client queries/problems quickly and efficiently.

Ensuring key Client retention, and Client growth.

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a Key Account Manager role is beneficial but not compulsory.

Excellent communications and inter-personal skills.

Proven experience in a leadership role

Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft packages.
