Training & Development Manager £50,000 - £60,000 + Autonomy + Company Vehicle + Mon to Fri + Hybrid + Training + Progression Commutable from: Rushden, Wellingborough, Peterborough, Leicester, Kettering, Corby Do you have training / delivery management experience from a renewables background looking to join a global leader where you will take the technical lead and play a pivotal role in growing and shaping the business?On offer is this highly autonomous role with a company who have a fantastic reputation within their industry, offering specialist training and progression allowing you to develop your skills further. The company are leading global providers, who specialize in a wide range of engineering solutions. Due to continuous growth, they are looking for a motivated individual to help lead their wind division.You will be responsible for liaising with other departments and external stakeholders to develop programs and methods, ensuring continuous improvement and growth of the sector.This would therefore suit someone from the renewables industry with training management experience looking for an autonomous role with a market leading company.The Role:
