We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy office for a company based just outsode of Ruthin towards Denbigh. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including:

  • Diary Management
  • Administrative Support to Managing Director
  • Invoicing and Accounts: Managing invoicing, payments, and financial records.
  • Inventory Management: Overseeing goods in, goods out, and stock control.
  • Website and Social Media: Maintaining and updating our website and managing our social media presence.
  • General Administration: Handling correspondence, filing, and other general office duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, payments, and financial reporting.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock levels.
  • Digital Presence: Keep our website and social media platforms up-to-date and engaging.
